Dinner - pictured above. One of the best new dishes I've tried. Cabbage salad with almond curry sauce. It's baby bok choy, cabbage, carrots, bell pepper and sunflower seeds with that sauce on top (almond butter, Thai curry sauce, miso, lime juice, water, cilantro, nutritional yeast, dill). I'm going to have it again tomorrow night. Also had homemade hummus and broccoli, 16 oz strawberries, celery/almond butter.
