AM -- woke around 7 AM -- more than 8 hours

PM -- in bed and asleep by 8:30 PM

EAT

coffee with butter, coconut oil and cinnamon

travel day -- didn't eat until dinner: 1 pound of pork, huge salad (veggies, feta cheese, roasted garlic, olive oil), cheese -- lots of cheese

MOVE

didn't lift today -- no time. walked a little bit tonight. Did about 15' of core work (breathing and hip openers) this morning
