SLEEP

AM -- woke around 6:30 -- about 8 hours

PM -- in bed around 10:30 PM

EAT

coffee with butter, coconut oil and cinnamon

4 PM -- sauerkraut and some cheese

7:30 PM -- sirloin steak // steamed veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots) // cheese

 

MOVE

didn't lift today -- not time

did some mobility work in the afternoon

 

ENJOY

  • took my 6-year old to school (forgot her backpack! ha)
  • got to hear the fake Jerry Jones on the radio this morning after missing it yesterday
  • loving my new xylitol/sea salt nasal flush
  • good night of sleep
  • did a sleep talk at a big gym in town this afternoon
