normal stuff -- coffee in morning, steak, cheese, veggies at night

rest day on saturday but was pretty active

conditioning:

400m run then

20-15- 10 reps of

pushups + 50# DB squat

worked out Sunday since I won't be able to lift wednesday, thursday or friday of this next week. Got to plan ahead people.
