AM -- woke at 6:30 (about 9 hours)

PM -- in bed by 10:30

Eat

coffee with butter and coconut oil

lunch -- ribeye steak with sour cream

dinner -- ribeye steak // cabbage salad with almond/miso dressing // tomatoes (have them coming out my ears from my garden) // sauerkraut

snack -- cheese

rest day -- home with a sick kid so didn't do much

  • visited my buddy the chiropractor
  • got to sing tonight with a group
  • helped out a friend who needed a ride
  • watched a couple episodes of the Goldbergs
