post workout shake -- lots of fruit, raw yogurt, protein

dinner -- rice, sweet potatoes, pineapple, frozen banana, scrambled egg, LARA bar, carrots with sour cream dip

snack -- non fat & raw yogurt with protein and frozen cherries

10' warmup

4 x 5 clean with 135/145/150/155 + med ball scoop (40# ball x 5)

4 x 10 split squat front rack position (10 each leg) with 95/97/98.5/99.5 + split squat jump (10)

4 x 10 jerk with 95/100/105/110

4 x 10 weighted dips with 35/37/38.5/39.5 (i love the micro weights) + plyo pushups (to failure)

rotation work and bridging
