AM -- woke at 7 AM (7:50 total)

PM -- in bed at 10:30 PM

post workout -- protein and water // carob energy cubes // dark cherries

dinner -- sirloin steak (nearly 2 pounds), dark cherries, Gorp trail mix, yogurt/dark cherries/protein

ate a ton of food today


did yesterday's workout today during naps so I could hang with the family yesterday morning -- about a 2 hour workout including calves and mobility


  • sang at church this morning
  • always enjoy seeing the girls in their little cute dresses (Hunter is cute, too, just not in a dress)
  • Opening Day Cowboys!!! which quickly turned to "not enjoy"
  • ate lots of good food today
  • good workout
  • played outside tonight for a long time with everybody (meaning everyone in my family, not everyone in the whole world)
