Sleep

AM -- woke at 7 AM...then fell back asleep until 8:50 (total of about 8 hours)

PM -- in bed 11:15

Eat

started grazing a little after noon (cashews, almond butter and carrots)

dinner (4 PM) -- chicken and zucchoodles, large salad

snack (10:30 PM) -- a "paleo" muffin my wife made this morning, apple with almond butter, dried cranberries, frozen fruit

Move

took a rest day but got a bunch of steps

  • on the sideline for the ACU football game tonight -- we almond won, such a great game
  • spent all morning with the girls and took them swimming at a neighbor's house around 1 PM
  • visited by twin baby girls this morning
  • Jenn made "paleo" muffins for the girls -- they were really good
  • saw lots of folks at the game tonight
