PM -- in bed a little after 10 PM

post workout -- coconut milk + protein shake

dinner -- spinach tomato salad with olive oil, avocado, okra, and Braggberry dressing, 16 oz grilled chicken breast (weighed meat raw), 4 oz raw cheese, 2 pickles

snack -- cottage cheese with melted 100% cacao (this little concoction was horrific)
