AM -- woke at 6:15 AM (total of about 8 hours)

PM -- in bed at 10 PM

Eat

in work meetings all day -- lunch was brought in, sandwiches...I abstained.

pre-dinner -- okra and almond butter // cashews

dinner -- Ribeye from Perini's // salad // Zucchini Perini (google it)

snack -- dark chocolate // cottage cheese, chia seeds, protein, cashews

Move

jack nothing -- sitting in meeting all stinking day
