  • AM -- woke at 5:29 AM (total of about 6.5 hours -- not a lot but I was completely caught up on sleep)
  • PM -- in bed at 10:05 PM

  • dinner -- sirloin, chicken thighs, salad (spinach, tomatoes, olive oil, Braggberry dressing, sea salt),
  • snack -- decaf with butter and coconut oil
  • 2,424 kcal // 200 fat (74%) // 20 carbs  (3%) // 147 protein (23%)
