SHL -- Sunday


AM -- woke a little after 8 PM (total of about 9 hours -- great night of sleep)

PM -- in bed at 10:47 PM

lunch -- beef fajitas with grilled veggies, beans, rice, salsa, pico, guacamole, sour cream, lettuce. I had chips before the meal. First time to have chips in probably 2.5 years (maybe more).

snack -- carob cubes // dried mangos

not really hungry for dinner -- had an apple with almond butter and a bag of frozen cherries during the Cowboys game -- feeling pretty bloated, think it was the chips?


rest day -- but I mowed the yard this afternoon


  • COWBOYS!!!!! Had a blast watching the game -- that hasn't happened in a while.
  • lunch and grocery store date with the family
  • i enjoy mowing
  • texted some friends live during the cowboys game -- always a good time
