AM -- woke around 6:45 AM (total of about 7.5 hours)

PM -- in bed around 10:30 PM

apple with almond butter and some leftover eggs around 11 AM -- also some trail mix I made with pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes, raisins and walnuts

protein/coconut milk shake this afternoon

dinner -- sirloin steak and grilled chicken thighs // salad // 3 Omission Lagers // dark chocolate

snack -- yogurt with protein, cottage cheese and cherries

Move

not feeling 100% but needed to get some 1RMs done before Monday

snatch -- 135 (failed on 145) no wrist or shoulder pain at all

clean and jerk -- 185 (failed the first time, got it pretty easy the second attempt)

front squat -- 245
