AM -- up at around 7 AM (total of about 7.5 hours -- dragging this morning)

PM -- in bed around 10 PM

Eat

dinner -- 6 egg omelet (egg, cheese, beef franks) // large raw salad // apple with almond butter // frozen fruit // dark chocolate

last hypertrophy workout -- quads and hammies (mobility)

  • I have really enjoyed the hypertrophy phase and excited about seeing where my strength is and starting an Oly lifting program.
  • Hung at home with the family tonight -- Jenn got to go on a walk with a friend.
  • Parents are in town.
