Sleep

AM -- woke at 5:30 AM (total of about 6 hours)

PM -- in bed at 9:30 PM -- 24 hours of hell started one hour later

Eat

NUTREINCE first thing upon waking and PM dose at night (click on link and use $10simplyhuman to get $10 off)

coffee with cinnamon, butter and SkinnyFat ($5simplyhuman for $5 off) (5 tbsp of fat total)

lunch -- 12 oz turkey and a shake with just a scoop of protein powder

dinner -- beef liver, salad, protein shake, avocado, steamed broccoli

snack -- decaf with heavy cream

Move

doing some 1RM work this week on squat, front squat, clean and jerk and snatch

did squat today -- got 315 pretty easy so I jumped up to 325 and ALMOST got it. Nice to see I'm about where I was 7 weeks ago when I started the hypertrophy phase. I haven't squatted more than 155 in 7 weeks. 315 felt easy.

mobility -- hips
