AM -- woke at 6 AM central (4 AM pacific -- total of around 5 hours)

PM -- in bed at 11 PM

dark chocolate and Primal Pacs on the plane

dinner -- grilled chicken and boneless chicken thighs // tomatoes // cricket bar

snack -- frozen fruit // dark chocolate
