SHL -- Wednesday

Sleep

AM -- woke at 6:30 AM (total of 8.5 hours). That's why I like the fitbit. If I didn't have it, I would think I got 9.5 hours of sleep. But with that think tracking when I'm up and moving around...a whole hour gets chopped off. I had to get up twice to pee and once to let the neurotic dog out.

PM -- in bed at 10:05 PM

Eat

NUTREINCE first thing upon waking and PM dose at night (click on link and use $10simplyhuman to get $10 off)

coffee with cinnamon, butter and SkinnyFat ($5simplyhuman for $5 off)

2 post workout shakes (including Karbolyn and strawberries in there shakes)

dinner -- leftover primal ground meat, dark chocolate, large raw salad, cashews, apple with almond butter

snack -- cottage cheese with protein and fruit

Move

another 2-a-day -- legs today, Completely destroyed. Mobility and calves, too.

Enjoy

  • took H to school
  • lots of good sleep -- feel like I'm finally caught up from the weekend of terrible sleep
  • tough workouts but enjoying the "overreaching phase"
