AM -- woke at 5:30 AM (total of  7 hours)

PM -- in bed at 9:08 -- incredible

Eat

post workout shake after 1st and 2nd workouts (around 1 and 6 PM)

dinner -- leftover primal ground meat, large raw salad, apple with almond butter, sweet potato with butter, cinnamon and sea salt, dark chocolate

snack -- yogurt with cashews and dark cherries

Move

2-a-day today -- back and biceps twice -- total of about 2.5 hours (I'm beat)
