AM -- woke at 6:30 (total of 8 hours but had a really hard time waking up)

PM -- in bed at 10:08

Eat

pre-dinner -- carrots with almond butter // Mt Evans Trail Mix

dinner -- primal ground meat with eggs // large, raw salad // dark chocolate

snack -- frozen fruit, cottage cheese, protein, cashews

Move

chest/tri/shoulders -- about 1.5 hours

  • good workout
  • stayed home alone with junior while jenn and the girls went to gymnastics -- sad to miss gymnastics but he was tired and I enjoyed getting to hang with just him and put him to bed
  • BB16 catchup
  • was involved in some text threads yesterday that made me laugh out loud several times
  • FaceTimed with my brother tonight
