AM -- woke at 5:55 AM (total of about 7 hours)

PM -- in bed before 10 PM

Eat

post workout shake -- almond milk, kefit, bone broth, egg, protein, water, ice, chia seeds

dinner -- leftover primal ground meat and zucchoodles, celery and almond butter, large raw salad, dark chocolate, leftover sweet potato from my daughter's bowl, cashews

snack -- frozen mangos while watching the moon rise in the garage

Move

quads and biceps + calves and mobility (about 2 hours)
