PM -- in bed around 10:30 PM

post workout shake -- protein, coconut milk, chia seeds, ice, water, bone broth

dinner -- leftover primal ground meat and zucchoodles, dark chocolate

snack -- cottage cheese, protein, chia seeds, cashews

Move

chest and shoulders -- calves and mobility (about 2 hours)
