AM -- woke just before 7 AM (6.5 hours sleep)

PM -- in bed around 11 PM

Eat

starting a 7-week muscle growth program this week so I'm going to cut down on starches and fruits for the first 7 days and see what happens

post workout shake -- coconut milk, water, protein

dinner -- carrots & almond butter // 20 oz sirloin // broiled zucchini topped with avocado

snack -- cashews and dark chocolate (90%)

Move

10' warmup

4 x seated row, lateral raises, BB curl with 3' rest between each set

4 x DB one-arm row, reverse flys, machine lateral raises, machine curls (3' RBI)

3 x cable row, front raises, cable curls (3' rest)

took about an hour after the warmup -- going about 60% so there should be no soreness tomorrow

MOBILITY

hip flexors, shoulders, back

got 10K steps 2 days in a row
