dinner -- smoked pork and sausage before football game

after football game -- dark chocolate, cashews

2:30 AM (thursday morning) -- rice and chicken thighs


nearly 15K steps since I was a coach during football game at Georgia Dome tonight

workout this morning plus abs and mobility (spent about 3 hours in the gym)


  • good workout
  • went for a short swim
  • got to be a coach at our first game at the Georgia Dome -- really cool experience
  • breakfast with friends
  • helped coach a youngen while I was lifting
