Sleep

AM -- woke at 7:21 (total of 4:15 -- but I did get a 2 hour nap later in the day)

PM -- in bed 11:31 (was planning on going to bed at 10 but there was a storm so I stayed up to monitor that)

Eat

coffee with cinnamon, butter and SkinnyFat ($5simplyhuman for $5 off) -- had this around 11:30 AM

post workout shake

dinner -- lots of grilled chicken breast, slice of watermelon, raw okra

snack -- cottage cheese, chia seeds, cashews, protein

Move

back and chest plus calves and mobility
