AM -- woke at 6 AM (total of about 6.5 hours)

PM -- in bed at 10:58

Eat

carrots/okra with almond butter before dinner

dinner -- 1 pound of boneless chicken thighs // dark chocolate

snack -- cottage cheese with protein, cashews and chia

Move

chest and back + abs (didn't mobilize today -- boo)

Enjoy

  • took Haelyn to kindergarten this morning. She wasn't even sad. Much easier than I thought it would be.
  • Took Hunter and Hope to school, too
  • ordered a bunch more Simply Human and Simply Human Kids shirts
  • gymnastics with family tonight
  • had a pants hemming issue which a good friend helped me with -- it's good to know talented people
