Sleep

AM -- woke at 7 AM (about 8 hours)

PM -- in bed at 11 PM

Eat

lunch -- energy cubes, sirloin steak, rice, Zucchoodles (see recipes tab), frozen fruit

dinner -- 1 pound of chicken thigh, rice, frozen cherries, apple with almond butter, cantaloupe

snack -- Mt. Evans trail mix (about 80% of the bag)

Move

rest day -- didn't do much. Not even 6K steps
