post workout shake

dinner -- primal ground meat with an egg // zucchini pasta (def. my favorite zucchini dish and I have lots of zucchini to eat) ate about 1.5 pounds of zucchini (raw) // celery and almond butter

snack -- dark chocolate, cashews, cottage cheese with protein

Move

back, triceps, shoulders + abs and mobility (these workouts are taking about 1.5 hours)
