AM -- woke at 7:10 AM (more than 8 hours)

PM -- in bed 10:46

Eat

dinner -- about a pound of sirloin steak with a huge zucchini that I spiraled and ate like spaghetti (with tomatoes and spices)

snack -- celery and almond butter // cashews // cottage cheese and protein
