PM -- in bed 9:57

Eat

lunch -- 1.2 pound sirloin steak topped with avocado, sweet potato with butter and cinnamon, dried mangos, frozen cherries, cantaloupe

dinner -- turkey, brisket, sausage // large salad // potatoes // pickles // Nikki's froyo (got the "no sugar added" with fruit on top)

snack -- yogurt with frozen cherries, chia, protein // dark chocolate // frozen cherries and cantaloupe

very high kcal day on purpose. Lots of fruit and starch today.

rest day but coached this afternoon for the football team so easily got 10K steps
