AM -- ended up sleeping in Hope's bed for most of the night...woke at 9 AM

PM -- in bed at 10:26 PM

Eat

post workout shake (coconut milk, ice, water, chia seeds, protein, egg, bone broth)

dinner -- Jenn made some meatballs and zucchini "noodles", I ate a ton of it / also had the rest of my beef heart stew

snack -- dark chocolate, cashews

Move

hamstrings/quads + abs and mobility (about 2 hours)

Enjoy

  • took the girls to the library this morning and to get eggs
  • went swimming at noon and ate a picnic lunch
  • good workout
  • watched the first hour of The Incredibles tonight with the girls
