AM -- woke at 7:50 AM (total of about 8 hours)

PM -- in bed around 11 PM

Eat

post workout shake (just protein and water)

Dinner [8:30 PM] -- chicken thighs and breast, leftover grilled zucchini, dark chocolate, cashews

snack -- cottage cheese with protein and chia

Move

chest, biceps and shoulders + mobility and abs (about 1:20)

this time under tension stuff is absolutely brutal
