dinner -- Chicken and salad at a local steak house. Chicken thighs for dessert.
Snack -- cashews, dark chocolate
legs and mobility (about 1 hour 15 minutes)
- date night with my oldest
- went to the pool with the family
- Haelyn can now jump off the diving boards and swim to the ladder. I have a diving board buddy....finally.
- Lots of fun at the pool going down the slide and swimming with girls.
- Got lots of good sleep last night.
