Sleep

AM -- woke at 5 AM (total of 6 hours -- not enough)

PM -- in bed by 9:30 PM (fell asleep putting girls down)

Eat

NUTREINCE first thing upon waking and PM dose at night (click on link and use $10simplyhuman to get $10 off)

decaf with butter and cinnamon (starting an at least 2 week decaf phase today)

post workout shake in the afternoon

dinner -- sirloin (broiled), salad, dark chocolate, cashews

snack -- cottage cheese with chia and protein

SQUATS

sets of 5 with 195 and 225, then set of 8 with 255 (my max was 260 in October)

CLEAN

squat cleans with 135# -- 3x4

HUFF & PUFF

16x "half gasser" (160 feet down and back -- width of football field)

each rep took 19 or 20 seconds then I rested to the minute -- brutal

mobility -- hips and hammies
