AM -- woke at 5 AM (total of 6 hours 13 minutes)

PM -- in bed at 10:35 PM

Eat

nothing until post workout shake around 1 PM

dinner -- 2 trips through Jason's salad bar, brought a can of tuna, lots of boiled eggs, dark chocolate at home

snack -- cottage cheese with protein and chia seeds

lots of fiber today -- no fruit (except for berries in shake) or nuts

ASSISTANCE WORK

weighted pullups with 45# (24 reps)

weighted dips with 70# (24 reps)

mobility -- shoulders, thoracic, hips and hip flexors
