Sleep

Friday -- 6 hours 46 minutes (12-7)

Saturday -- 6.5 hours (12:36 - 7:44)

Sunday -- 7 hours 2 minutes (11:24 -6:56)

Eat

dinner during the weekend included: steak, burgers, salad, grilled veggies, ribs, sausage, cashews, frozen fruit

snacks: cottage cheese, yogurt, blueberries, dark chocolate

Saturday night special -- blue bell ice cream and some chips and salsa (haven't had blue bell in about 15 months)

Move

worked out Friday and Saturday but didn't squat since my knee is still bugging me. Did some time under tension work on pushing, pulling and hinging stuff. Also working on barbell work with complexes and clean drills. TONS of mobility.

rested Sunday

nearly 17K steps on Friday but less than 10K on Saturday and Sunday
