Sleep

AM -- woke around 9 AM (total of about 9 hours)

PM -- in bed around 11 PM

Eat

snack -- peach, cantaloupe, raisins, coconut flakes

dinner -- raw zucchini chips with hot sauce, carrots, broiled strip steak and ribs, bone broth white rice, dark chocolate, frozen mangos

finished eating around 4:30 PM which is when I'll eat tomorrow (been a while since I did a 24 day fast)

Move

rest day -- I start a hypertrophy based program week after next

  • worked in the garden for a while this morning -- first cantaloupe was delicious
