PM -- in bed around 11 PM

nothing until post workout shake at 6:30 PM
dinner -- salmon, white rice, pickle, salad with avocado
snack -- cottage cheese with protein and strawberries // frozen dark cherries
sets of 2 with 140 and 160, failed on 175 the first time, but got it the second time
power clean sets of 5-4-3-2-1 with 135, 145, 155, 165, 175
- caught up on Big Brother
- getting tons of cantaloupe and zucchini going!
- saw an old friend on campus today
- just have Hunter this week -- put him to bed last night. I love doing that.
