AM -- woke around 7 AM (total of about 8 hours)

PM -- in bed by 11 PM

decaf with butter and cinnamon

cashews, pickle and 1/2 an apple around 2 PM

dinner -- sirloin steak with homemade guacamole and the leftover zucchini/ground meat concoction.

snack -- dark chocolate // frozen fruit
