Sleep

AM -- woke at 6:11 AM (6 hours 4 minutes)

PM -- in bed by 11 PM (really tired)

Eat

coffee with butter and cinnamon

pre-dinner snack -- carrots and apple with almond butter

dinner -- 2 large salads and Nikki's fro-yo (for what it's worth I got all "no sugar added" yogurt [eyeroll emoticon] and topped with strawberries, blackberries some walnuts and raisins)

Move

rode bike to work and home

knee bothering me so I did 30 solid minutes of mobility and banded distraction at lunch...knees, hips, shoulders, thoracic

Enjoy

  • My oldest's 5th birthday -- she got her ears pierced tonight and got a super cute haircut.
  • Nikki's gift cards used so that didn't cost me anything!
  • got a lot of rain this afternoon
  • made Ramekin pancakes for girls' breakfast
