AM -- woke at 7:39 AM (total of 8 hours)

PM -- in bed around 11:20 PM

Eat

sausage and brisket, pickles, jalapenos, onions from Rudy's at around noon

stopped at Buccees around 3 PM and got some beef jerky

dinner -- Genghis Grill (no starches), dark chocolate

Move

about 8,500 steps which I was happy with considering I spent about 7 hours driving today

mobility on stiff right knee
