AM -- woke at 8:20 (total of about 9 hours)

PM -- in bed at 11:09 PM

Eat

NUTREINCE first thing upon waking and PM dose at night (click on link and use $10simplyhuman to get $10 off)

nothing until 2:30 when I had some grilled chicken and dark chocolate while driving

dinner -- central market salad, cashews, salmon, grilled chicken, guacamole, dried peaches and pineapple, few bites of cheese

Move

got just under 9,000 steps today -- took a walk this morning before drive...stopped every 45 minutes while driving to get below parallel and stretch, walked before dinner, got below parallel at least 10 times today -- did knee mobility with floss bands and super nova ball this morning
