lunch -- (work lunch) beef fajitas with extra grilled veggies, guacamole and salsa, no chips/tortillas/beans/rice

pre-dinner -- apple with almond butter // cashews

dinner -- pound of broiled, boneless chicken thighs covered in guacamole and salsa // romaine lettuce and tomatoes // dark cherries

snack -- yogurt with protein and chia seeds and blueberries
