power with 135, 145, 155, 165, 175 reps of 5-4-3-2-1

ASSISTANCE WORK

weighted pulls (24 reps with 45#)

weighted dips (24 reps with 70#)

barbell bent row / lateral raises

shrugs / front raises

mobility and stretching
