AM -- woke around 8 AM // then slept from 2:20 PM - 6 PM // total of about 8 hours total

PM -- in bed around 11:15 PM

Eat

coffee with butter, cinnamon and coconut oil

at lunch -- leftover pickles, beans, chicken from Spring Creek BBQ

dinner -- Chuy's fajitas // small ice cream from Cold Stone (banana ice cream)

Move

didn't get 10k steps again

needed a nap today after only getting about

  • church with the family - dad led worship which is always uplifting
  • long afternoon nap -- haven't had one of those in a while
  • date night with the wife -- first date of 2014
  • made a CostCo run after dinner
