PM -- in bed around 2:30 AM (went on a police ridealong)

snack -- dried peaches // pickled okra // dark chocolate

dinner -- beef jerky // kiwi and mango

2 AM -- grilled chicken breast // apple with almond butter

Move

didn't do much except for running around at my niece's birthday party at a big aquatic center

didn't get 10K steps
