AM -- woke a few times during the night but for good at 7 AM -- about 7 hours

PM -- fell asleep watching a movie at around 10:30 PM

Eat

traveling all day --

macadamia nuts and dark chocolate on first flight

long layover -- grilled chicken salad and some organic trail mix

dinner -- sirloin steak, homemade guacamole, frozen peaches & cashews
