AM -- woke at 7 AM  to mow grass

PM -- in bed by 10:30 PM

Eat

coffee with coconut oil and cinnamon

afternoon -- raisins/cashews

dinner -- sausage and brisket // fruit, yogurt and cashews // dark chocolate

Move

got 10K steps in but didn't work out...not feeling great this afternoon
