BENCH PRESS

sets of 3 with 205, 235 and 265 -- was really hoping for 4 on 265 (thinking that my spotter gave me some help on my set of 3 with 290 last month)

CLEAN AND JERK

sets of 5-4-3-2-1 with 135, 145, 155, 165, 175 -- felt great

ASSISTANCE WORK

5 rounds of:

weighted pulls with 55# (6-6-5-5-4)

reverse bench (8)

band pull aparts (12)

reverse lat. raises (anywhere from 15-18)

rest 3 minutes

knee and shoulder mobility (about 20 minutes worth)
