AM -- woke at 6:07 AM // total of 7 hours

PM -- in bed around 11 PM

Eat

post workout shake (1/2 the karbolyn so only 44g carbs instead of 80)

dinner -- large salad // huge amount of primal ground meat and regular ground meat with diced tomatoes and zucchini // dark chocolate // mangos

snack -- cottage cheese with protein, blueberries and cashews

bear complex with 45# bar for 10' -- didn't let go of bar until 4:45 in...power clean, front squat, press, back squat, press

mobility

2' each leg calf stretch

2' each knee lacrosse ball behind knee and flexing knee

2' each knee rolling on top of knee with lacrosse ball (ungluing the top of the knee)

didn't get my 10K steps in ... ending a streak of 7 straight days
