AM -- overslept and woke at 7:49 AM // total of about 8 hours

PM -- in bed at 10:50 PM

morning -- coffee with butter and cinnamon

lunch -- 16 oz sirloin, large salad, steamed broccoli

dinner -- beef fajitas, side of refried beans, dark chocolate


rest day -- 10K steps thanks to a 30 minute walk tonight

did about an hour of mobility this afternoon


  • finished Clash of Kings and started Storm of Swords
  • Father's Day was great -- got a money clip from wifey, talked to my dad and Jenn's dad via Skype
  • dinner with friends
  • working with a teenager on some strength stuff
